How do I keep my teeth healthy, white and beautiful?

Brushing your teeth is an essential part of maintaining good oral hygiene. Here are some general steps to follow when brushing your teeth:

  1. Choose the right toothbrush: Select a toothbrush with soft bristles that can reach all areas of your mouth. Hard bristles can damage your gums and teeth.
  2. Use the right toothpaste: Use a toothpaste that contains fluoride, which helps to prevent cavities and strengthen your teeth.
  3. Brush at the right angle: Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums and use gentle circular motions to brush the front, back, and top of each tooth.
  4. Brush for the right amount of time: Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, twice a day.
  5. Don’t forget to floss: Flossing helps to remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth and under your gumline.
  6. Rinse with water: After brushing and flossing, rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining debris.
  7. Replace your toothbrush regularly: Replace your toothbrush every three to four months or when the bristles become frayed.
  8. Don’t brush “across” your teeth! Brushing horizontally can actually damage the gums – the best way is to brush up & down, or in wide circles.
