For all new patients - Please bring appropriate photo ID or a credit card/Medicare card as identification to your first appointment. We request payment on the day for treatment rendered.

Preferred Provider for HCF, NIB and Smile.com.au
We accept all health funds at Elation Dental using HICAPS. If you have Private Health Insurance with Extras, you'll only need to pay the gap (which is the difference between our fees and your health fund benefit).
Please bring in your physical private health insurance card, or your registered digital card when you attend Elation Dental, as you can't claim from photocopies, photos, or numbers of your health insurance card.

- HCF More For Teeth provider - You can claim up to 100% back on treatments including free dental checkups, cleans, fluoride and mouthguards (up to annual limits!)

Bulk billed dental care for children is available at Elation Dental
- We bulk bill eligible children aged 2-17, who are covered by the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme. To check your children qualify for bulk billed dental treatment at Elation Dental, please call us on 9725 2029. Tell us know your Medicare card details and we can check for you.
- Currently, Medicare does not cover any dental treatment for adults.

Elation Dental accept Government community dental centre vouchers
- Bring your Victorian Emergency Dental Scheme, Victorian General Dental Scheme and Victorian Denture Scheme vouchers when you attend Elation Dental.
- A copayment is usually required by eligible patients.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. However personal cheques aren't accepted. Receive your Private Health Insurance Extras benefit directly at the surgery using HICAPS!
Dentists and dental prosthetists at Elation Dental are independent, self-employed practitioner who operate their own professional practice within facilities provided by Elation Dental. Firstly, every practitioner is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Secondly, each practitioner holds Professional Indemnity Insurance. Finally, while it is not a requirement to be a member of the Australian Dental Association, some providers at Elation Dental choose to be members. Should you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please bring it to the attention of the provider of your treatment.
Zero tolerance on aggressive behaviour
Please note that we aim to treat you with respect - and we expect the same in return. Any instance of aggressive or threatening behaviour to a provider, staff or other customer of the practice will result in a police report being made. The premises are under video surveillance which may be used as proof.
Practice policy on late cancellations
It is our practice policy that should you cancel two appointments at late notice, we may not be able to offer you any further dental appointments. Failing to cancel with advance notice at least 24 hours ahead means you deprive another patient the opportunity to have their dental care performed.
