Our dental clinic is open for treatment during Victoria Lockdown.

Dr Tina So and Dr Tim Wenas will be in attendance at Elation Dental during Victoria’s lockdown #6 – however we will usually be open every alternate day.

Mr Jeremy Kearns (denture clinic) is temporarily unavailable.

We are hoping for normal operations to resume from Friday September 3rd. However, it is unlikely lockdown restrictions will lift then. We will be contacting patients scheduled for routine, non-urgent work to arrange later appointments.

Dental restrictions are changing throughout Lockdown #6 in Victoria

The longer lockdowns persist, the more people suffer. Small dental problems progress to becoming large problems.

The Australian Dental Association has recognised this, and has been allowing us to perform more dental treatments as lockdowns extend.

Initially, we could only treat severe and urgent emergencies. These include facial swelling, trauma, unrelenting pains and other extreme situations.

However, we are now permitted to perform dental treatments necessary to avoid further worsening of your conditions.

For example, a cavity or broken tooth that could result in your tooth nerve dying, or extraction if we didn’t do something to fix it.
