At Level 1 restrictions, we are operating just about as normal!

On May 9th we were informed that we are allowed to operate at Level 1 restrictions! While we never closed and have been open to see dental emergencies, we can provide just about the normal range of treatments to help you!

Checkups and cleans, xrays, fillings, tooth extractions,  tooth whitening (bleaching), crowns, veneers and bridges, dentures are all possible!

At level 1 restrictions, we need to strictly screen all patients that we see.

If you are feeling 100% well (NO sore throat, coughing, sneezing, temperature etc), no travel history, no contact with anyone suspected, tested or confirmed with COVID19, we are able to see you for our usual range of dental treatments!

We are performing physical distancing and increased sanitation, including

• Please attend with a maximum of one other person – ideally just by yourself. We may ask you to wait in your car if our building has too many people.
• Alcohol hand sanitiser for your use
• We prefer contactless payments (cards not cash)

As usual, we are able to see all dental emergencies like toothaches, pains, broken teeth and fillings, extractions, abscesses and more.

Dr Tim Wenas is a clinical demonstrator for the University of Melbourne and a dental clinic auditor. He has setup the clinic to operate with the highest levels of infection control to protect patients and staff. This includes

• Strict autoclave reprocessing of instruments
• Disposable and single use items where possible
• Total cleaning between patients, use of disinfectant sprays, wipes and disposable plastic barriers
